1) First step was to order a foam blank that closelly approached the board I had in mind. I ordered a Clark Foam 7'11"R which allow for boards of up to 3" inches thick. I'm looking for flotation and speed. The end board will be a Winged Swallow tail, 7'6" long, 21 1/2" wide and 3" thick.
2) Using Carlos' 7'2" board as a guideline, I designed a cardboard template that will replicate that shape but in a 7'6". In this photo I'm printing the outline on one side of the blank.
